- 1 Cup (250 gms) For the Egg Roll Dough: Maida/All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt or To Taste
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil: Veg. Shortening
- 1/2 Cup or As Required Water: Lukewarm/RT
- as required Mayonnaise: Any- To moist one side of the Paratha wherein weâre to place the filling since itâs chilli-chicken one, weâre not to use any further green salads as itâll spoil its taste
- as required Cooking Oil/Butter: To Fry the Parathas & the Eggs for each one of the same
- as per required Butter/Parchment Paper: To Roll out the Egg Rolls/Frankie into the same

- For the Dough: Add in a mixing bowl- All the aforesaid ingredients for the same & knead it to a supple & pliable dough as that of any other normal parathas or Puri we do knead-

- Now, roll our each one âï¸ of the dough-lets & fry them one by one as like any other normal Paratha weâre used to doing normally & once done- Set aside for the next steps to be coated with the fried eggs ðð»
- Now, heat up a frying pan over the medium flame & add in some butter/cooking oil to it & smear it all along the pan nicely-
Pour in one egg, well beaten with some salt & pepper powder & pour into it- Rotate the pan with your one hand so that the egg batter spreads evenly all over the pan well - While itâs half cooked at one side place the prepared or pre cooked one Paratha on its top & press it with your fingers very gently (refer to the pics given) & allow it to cook on the slow flame ie. medium/low & flip onto the other once done with one side & transfer it to a separate plate/dish & repeat the very same process for rest all the pieces (as many numbers) you want to prepare- Once all are done, place them onto a flat surface/kitchen platform/plate/dish/chopping board, etc.
- Fill each one of them one by one- with our wore cooked/prepared chilli chicken gravy (if your gravyâs more then, dry it out a little bit)- Mine was absolutely perfect for the filling purpose- Apply the mayonnaise to it & on top of it place our chilli chicken fillings- Roll it out carefully on the butter paper- As is usually done in our street-side local shops for the same to give it an authentic look
