- Add some water, rest ginger garlic paste, salt sugar, garam masala powder, chilli powder and mix it, cook it on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Then churn the mixture into a fine paste.
- Strain it back into the same pan.
- Add butter, cream chicken and kasuri methi mix well and cooked for 5-7minutes on low- medium flame.
